Absolutely not. This is completely illegal by UK law. Any studio found tattooing under agers would lose their licence and be heavily fined. Having parental consent does not change anything.
Best advice we can give to someone getting their first tattoo is have a really good sleep the night before, have a big solid breakfast and drink plenty of water. Anything sugary helps as you need to keep your blood sugar level high!

please contact the artist directly, each artist has different ways of doing things. But most of the artists require a deposit of 30% to 40% and will find you an appointment once the deposit has been paid.
Yes you can, with in reason. We ask for minimum 72 hours notice to reschedul. If you fail to let us know with in that time period deposits will be lost.
Ideally no, as it can take time to adapt those designs, and with busy schedules it can be hard to find time. If you could let us know no less then 48 hours before.
